Title

Service in Quarantine

Description

My face mask is boring. I’d like to think it doesn’t reflect me. At the onset of the pandemic, every time I went to purchase something more creative I got a sick pit in my stomach. This shouldn’t be taken as a fashion accessory. This act could save a life. So I’m keeping this part of the experience simple and staying home as much as possible. I miss my work at the library, I miss the community, and I miss Starbucks being open. I am ready for this all to be over so phrases like “what mask do I wear today” can get lost in the dark corners my vocabulary.
